The Career Connection Program helps members support one another professionally through mentoring, career guidance, and job advice. Here's how the process works:
A volunteer joins the program and offers professional experience or career support.
A member requests guidance, advice, or insight in an area where they need support.
The program administrator reviews the request and considers an appropriate connection.
A connection is introduced only with permission from both sides.
The volunteer and requestor connect directly for career guidance and support.
Participation is voluntary and private. The program supports mentoring, career insights, job-related guidance, and connections based on the needs and interests of participants.
