Employment Plan LLC is my consulting practice focused on helping individuals take the next step in their careers with confidence and clarity.
My work centers on three core areas: resume writing, interview preparation, and professional networking. Over the past 15+ years, I've taught these skills to hundreds of individuals seeking employment in both the public and private sectors, helping them better communicate their value and improve their outcomes in the job market.

I hold a Master's degree from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, both in Information Systems.
